【摘要】：目的:探討關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)重復(fù)注射血小板裂解液治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:選擇我院2011年10月~2015年5月106例(141膝)早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,行關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射血小板裂解液,每周2次,5次為1個療程,隨訪12~18個月(平均16.7個月),對治療前及治療后1個月、3個月、6個月、12個月進行的西安大略和麥克馬斯特大學(xué)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)(WOMAC)評分和美國膝關(guān)節(jié)協(xié)會(AKS)評分進行比較,評估療效。結(jié)果:治療后1個月、3個月、6個月、12個月與治療前相比,WOMAC評分顯著降低(P0.01),疼痛減輕,僵硬程度減輕,關(guān)節(jié)功能受限程度降低。AKS評分比較結(jié)果顯示治療后患者臨床癥狀明顯減輕,關(guān)節(jié)功能包括活動度和穩(wěn)定性得到一定程度的恢復(fù)。所有患者治療后均未出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥,患者滿意度高。結(jié)論:關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)重復(fù)注射血小板裂解液治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床效果肯定,能減輕癥狀并提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of repeated injection of platelet lysis fluid in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 106 patients (141 knees) with early knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2015 were treated with intraarticular injection of platelet lysis fluid, twice a week for 5 times as a course of treatment. All patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months (mean 16.7 months). The results were compared with the American knee Association (AKS) scores and WOMAC scores before treatment and 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. Results: one month, three months, six months and twelve months after treatment, the scores of WOMAC were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.01), the pain was relieved, the degree of stiffness was alleviated, and the degree of limited joint function was reduced. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the patients were obviously reduced after treatment. Joint function includes a certain degree of recovery of motion and stability. All the patients had no complications after treatment, and their satisfaction was high. Conclusion: repeated injection of platelet lysate into articular cavity is effective in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis, which can relieve symptoms and improve quality of life.
