股骨近端外側(cè)壁的骨折特征地圖研究

【摘要】:目的通過骨折地圖技術(shù),明確股骨近端外側(cè)壁的骨折特征,為臨床及生物力學(xué)研究提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。方法采集96例股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折的CT數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行分割建模、虛擬復(fù)位。其中有56例發(fā)生外側(cè)壁骨折,測量其外側(cè)壁及骨折區(qū)寬度、高度、面積,骨折線走行等參數(shù),并在3D重建模型上繪制骨折特征地圖。結(jié)果 96例患者中56例有外側(cè)壁骨折,其中A2型71.4%(40例),外側(cè)壁骨折塊平均寬度(10.1±6.0)mm,高度(23.1±11.3)mm,面積(158.5±105.2)mm2,占外側(cè)壁面積(12.1±8.1)%,骨折線與水平面成角(64.6±14.5)°;A3型28.6%(16例),外側(cè)壁骨折塊平均寬度(26.0±7.0)mm,高度(38.8±11.7)mm,面積(860.1±357.0)mm2,占外側(cè)壁面積(64.5±25.9)%,骨折線與水平面成角(30.2±39.6)°。結(jié)論不同類型轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折的外側(cè)壁特征有明顯差異,通過骨折地圖技術(shù)可直觀展現(xiàn)骨折信息,可為制作轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折模型及臨床治療提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify the fracture characteristics of proximal lateral wall of femur by fracture map technique, and to provide reference data for clinical and biomechanical research. Methods CT data of 96 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were collected. There were 56 cases of lateral wall fracture. The width, height, area and fracture line of lateral wall and fracture area were measured, and the characteristic map of fracture was drawn on 3D reconstruction model. Results 56 of 96 patients had lateral wall fractures. The average width, height and area of the lateral wall fracture were (10.1 鹵6.0) mm, (23.1 鹵11.3) mm and (158.5 鹵105.2) mm, respectively. The lateral wall area was (12.1 鹵8.1) mm. The fracture line was (64.6 鹵14.5) 擄A3 type 28.6% (16 cases). The average width, height, and area of the lateral wall fracture mass were (26.0 鹵7.0) mm, (38.8 鹵11.7) mm, (860.1 鹵357.0) mm, respectively, and the lateral wall area was (64.5 鹵25.9) mm, the average width of the lateral wall was (26.0 鹵7.0) mm, the height was (860.1 鹵357.0) mm, the area was (860.1 鹵357.0) mm, and the lateral wall area was (64.5 鹵25.9) mm. The angle between the broken line and the horizontal plane was (30.2 鹵39.6) 擄. Conclusion the characteristics of lateral wall of different types of intertrochanteric fractures are obviously different. Fracture information can be displayed intuitively by fracture map technology, which can provide reference for making intertrochanteric fracture model and clinical treatment.
