【摘要】：目的探討展筋活血方配合塔形墊自然牽引法治療單純性胸腰椎壓縮性骨折的臨床療效。方法選擇2014年1~12月該院收治的胸腰椎壓縮性骨折患者50例,將其分為觀察組(n=25)和對(duì)照組(n=25),對(duì)照組給予塔形墊自然牽引法,觀察組給予展筋活血方配合塔形墊自然牽引法,比較兩組患者的治療效果、疼痛評(píng)分、活動(dòng)能力評(píng)分、止痛藥評(píng)分、骨密度(BMD)及日本骨科協(xié)會(huì)(JOA)評(píng)分等差異。結(jié)果觀察組有效率為92.00%,對(duì)照組為68.00%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.50,P0.05)。治療后6個(gè)月,觀察組患者疼痛評(píng)分、活動(dòng)能力評(píng)分、止痛藥評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05);觀察組患者BMD及JOA評(píng)分均明顯高于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論展筋活血方配合塔形墊自然牽引法有助于緩解單純性胸腰椎壓縮性骨折患者疼痛癥狀,增強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能并提高治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Zhan Jin Huoxue Fang (ZJH) combined with natural traction of tower pad in the treatment of simple thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods Fifty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture admitted in our hospital from January to December 2014 were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The therapeutic efficacy, pain score, activity score, analgesic score, bone mineral density (BMD) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate was 92.00 in the observation group and 68.00 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2 4.50 P 0.05). Six months after treatment, the pain score, activity score, analgesic score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05); the BMD and JOA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Zhanjin Huoxue recipe combined with natural traction with tower pad can relieve pain symptoms, enhance motor function and improve therapeutic effect in patients with simple thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.
