【摘要】：組蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)能使染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)更加緊密從而起到轉(zhuǎn)錄抑制的作用。一些研究結(jié)果表明HDACs與病變軟骨的相關(guān)基因表達(dá)和骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(OA)進(jìn)展有關(guān)。本文總結(jié)了OA和軟骨發(fā)育研究領(lǐng)域HDACs相關(guān)的研究成果,以期更深入的了解OA的發(fā)病機(jī)制以及為OA的治療方案提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Histone deacetylase (HDACs) can make chromatin structure closer and play a role of transcription inhibition. Some results suggest that HDACs are associated with the expression of genes associated with cartilage lesions and the progression of osteoarthritis (OA). This paper summarizes the research results of HDACs in the field of OA and cartilage development in order to further understand the pathogenesis of OA and provide new ideas for the treatment of OA.
