【摘要】：目的:分析比較山大一院2006-2012年間,影響股骨頸骨折術(shù)后疼痛和健康恢復(fù)程度分布的相關(guān)因素。方法:電話回訪我院223例股骨頸骨折患者,完成已設(shè)計好的問卷,問卷內(nèi)容包括NRS(Numerical rating scale)疼痛數(shù)字模擬評分和EQ-5D(歐洲五維健康量表)。本次研究共涉及與術(shù)后疼痛和健康恢復(fù)可能相關(guān)的各種因素如下:性別、年齡、BMI、吸煙、飲酒、ASA、合并癥、住院天數(shù)、麻醉方式、手術(shù)時間、麻醉時間、圍術(shù)期阿片類藥物使用情況、手術(shù)方式及鎮(zhèn)痛泵使用情況等。結(jié)果:統(tǒng)計結(jié)果表明,對疼痛程度影響大小依次為手術(shù)方式(切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定術(shù))、鎮(zhèn)痛泵和ASA分級;對術(shù)后康復(fù)程度(EQ-5D)影響因素依次為手術(shù)方式(切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定術(shù))、ASA分級和年齡(P0.05)。結(jié)論:影響股骨頸骨折術(shù)后疼痛和健康恢復(fù)程度的因素是多方面的,手術(shù)方式和ASA分級的影響尤為明顯。了解原因進行針對性處理能夠有效減輕股骨頸骨折術(shù)后的疼痛以及改善患者術(shù)后康復(fù)情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and compare the related factors influencing the distribution of postoperative pain and health recovery after femoral neck fracture in the first Hospital of Shandong University from 2006 to 2012. Methods: 223 cases of femoral neck fracture in our hospital were interviewed by telephone, and the designed questionnaire was completed, which included NRS (numerical rating scale) pain Digital Analog scale) and EQ-5D (European Five-Dimensional Health scale). The study involved a variety of factors that might be relevant to postoperative pain and health recovery: sex, age, BMIs, smoking, alcohol consumption, complications, length of stay, anesthesia, duration of surgery, duration of anesthesia. Perioperative opioid use, surgical methods and analgesic pump use. Results: the statistical results showed that the order of influence on the degree of pain was operation (open reduction and internal fixation), analgesic pump and ASA grading. The influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation (EQ-5D) were ASA grade and age (P0.05). Conclusion: there are many factors affecting the degree of pain and health recovery after femoral neck fracture. To understand the causes of the treatment can effectively alleviate the pain and improve the postoperative recovery of patients with femoral neck fracture.
