兩種踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)患者肌肉激活時間差異不顯著

【摘要】:為了測定并對比機械性踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)(MAI)患者與功能性踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)(FAI)患者的腓骨長肌(PL)與脛前肌(TA)激活時間,本研究按照納入標準納入45例患者,分為正常、MAI、FAI 3組,每組15名患者,每位均進行踝關節(jié)模擬內翻試驗及肌電數據采集,計算并對比各組數據。研究表明:相較正常組,MAI組與FAI組患者的患側踝關節(jié)PL、TA激活時間明顯延長,差異顯著(p0.05);然而MAI與FAI兩組間并無顯著差異(p0.05)。將患側與健側肌肉激活時間進行對比(組內比較),正常組無明顯差異(p0.05),MAI與FAI組患側踝關節(jié)PL、TA肌肉激活時間均較對側顯著延長,具有統(tǒng)計學差異(p0.05)。綜上,機械性踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)患者與功能性踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)患者的腓骨長肌與脛前肌激活時間均延長,兩者之間無顯著差異,表明MAI患者也存在神經肌肉功能缺陷。本試驗為MAI患者的臨床針對性治療提供了科學依據。
[Abstract]:In order to measure and compare the activation time of fibula longus (PL) and tibialis anterior muscle (TA) in patients with mechanical ankle instability (mai) and functional ankle instability (FAI), 45 patients were divided into 3 groups, 15 patients in each group. Each of them was tested by simulated varus test and electromyoelectric data acquisition, calculated and compared the data of each group. The results showed that the activation time of PLTA in the affected ankle joint was significantly longer than that in the normal group and FAI group (p0.05), but there was no significant difference between mai and FAI group (p0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of muscle activation between the affected side and the normal side (p0.05). The activation time of PLTA in the patients with mai and FAI was significantly longer than that in the contralateral (p0.05). In conclusion, the activation time of fibula longus muscle and tibial anterior muscle in patients with mechanical ankle instability and functional ankle instability were prolonged, and there was no significant difference between the two groups, indicating that there were also neuromuscular functional defects in patients with mai. This experiment provides a scientific basis for the clinical targeted treatment of mai patients.
