【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)比研究的方式,將傳統(tǒng)的消痔靈內(nèi)痔注射治療與聚桂醇內(nèi)痔注射治療兩種藥物注射治療進(jìn)行比較,探討聚桂醇注射治療的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。方法:通過對(duì)比分析2015年1月到2016年1月年我院收治并行注射治療的內(nèi)痔患者216例,其中試驗(yàn)組114例,對(duì)照組102例。把兩組患者按照一下指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析:治療療效、肛門疼痛評(píng)分、復(fù)發(fā)率、肛門墜脹、排便困難、便血。結(jié)果:隨訪3個(gè)月,隨訪反饋顯示:1.注射試驗(yàn)組治療后療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(痔核消失P值為0. 043);2.注射試驗(yàn)組治療后平均疼痛評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值為0. 046);3.試驗(yàn)組出現(xiàn)肛門墜脹56例,對(duì)照組74例,試驗(yàn)組占優(yōu)勢。差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x2=4.307 P=0.038);4.試驗(yàn)組有2例復(fù)發(fā),對(duì)照組有12例復(fù)發(fā)。兩組患者1月、2月總復(fù)發(fā)率有差異,試驗(yàn)組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05.差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義);3月總復(fù)發(fā)率試驗(yàn)組比對(duì)照組低(P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義);5.兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)肛門狹窄、肛門失禁等。結(jié)論:1.聚桂醇注射治療出血性內(nèi)痔較傳統(tǒng)硬化劑療效肯定;2.聚桂醇注射治療出血性內(nèi)痔較傳統(tǒng)硬化劑比較,患者疼痛感輕;3.聚桂醇注射治療后肛門墜脹發(fā)生率較傳統(tǒng)消痔靈發(fā)生率低,注射后便血、排便困難均無發(fā)生;4.聚桂醇注射后第1個(gè)月和第2個(gè)月復(fù)發(fā)率試驗(yàn)組低于對(duì)照組,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,注射3個(gè)月的隨訪過程中,試驗(yàn)組復(fù)發(fā)率低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,聚桂醇注射治療遠(yuǎn)期復(fù)發(fā)率優(yōu)于消痔靈注射液。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the traditional injection therapy of Xiaozhiling and polycinnamol injection for internal hemorrhoids, and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the injection of polycinnamol. Methods: 216 cases of internal hemorrhoids treated with injection from January 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed, including 114 cases in the experimental group and 102 cases in the control group. The two groups were compared and analyzed according to the following indexes: curative effect, anal pain score, recurrence rate, anal distension, defecation difficulty, blood stool. Results: follow up 3 months, follow-up feedback showed 1. 1. The therapeutic effect of injection test group was better than that of control group (P = 0. 0). 043) The average pain score in the injection group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P = 0. 05). 046) There were 56 cases of anal bloating in the test group and 74 cases in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (x2 + 4.307 P0. 038). Two cases recurred in the trial group and 12 cases in the control group. There was a difference in the total recurrence rate between the two groups in 1 month and 2 months, which was lower in the trial group than in the control group (P 0.05). The total recurrence rate of 3 months in the trial group was lower than that in the control group (P0. 05, the difference was statistically significant). There was no anal stricture or anal incontinence in both groups. Conclusion 1. Injection of polycinnamol in the treatment of hemorrhagic hemorrhoids is more effective than traditional sclerosing agent. Injection of polycinnamol in the treatment of hemorrhagic hemorrhoids compared with traditional sclerosing agents, patients with mild pain. The incidence of anus drop distention after injection of polycinnamol was lower than that of traditional Xiaozhiling. The relapse rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the 1st and 2nd month after injection, but the difference was not statistically significant. The recurrence rate of the trial group was lower than that of the control group during the follow-up of 3 months after injection, and the difference was statistically significant. The long-term recurrence rate of polycinnamol injection was better than that of Xiaozhiling injection.
