【摘要】：[目的]對轉(zhuǎn)換生長因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGFβ1)與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)相關(guān)性研究的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行匯總分析,探討TGFβ1與OA的相關(guān)性。[方法]檢索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、Medline、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集至2012年10月公開發(fā)表的TGFβ1在OA中表達(dá)的病例對照研究。對各研究原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,對有同質(zhì)性數(shù)據(jù)使用Revman 5.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。[結(jié)果]納入8篇研究,其中OA患者病例組共504例,對照組145例,對2篇研究的Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,OA組關(guān)節(jié)液TGFβ1高于正常人群組[MD=453.42,95%CI(291.49,615.35)],描述性分析結(jié)果顯示OA患者TGFβ1在血清中含量低于正常人群,在滑膜組織的表達(dá)中不一致。[結(jié)論]血清和關(guān)節(jié)液TGFβ1濃度是OA相對獨(dú)立的炎癥反應(yīng)指標(biāo),TGFβ1的表達(dá)與OA存在相關(guān)性,可能在OA的發(fā)生過程中起重要作用,這對OA的病因、治療和預(yù)防有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the correlation between transforming growth factor 尾 1(transforming growth factor 尾 1TGF- 尾 1 and osteoarthritis. [methods] the Cochrane Library Pub Medline, Chinese Biomedical Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Weip Database and Wanfang Database were searched. A case-control study on the expression of TGF 尾 1 in OA was published in October 2012. The original data were statistically processed, and the homogeneous data were analyzed by Revman 5.0 software. [results] A total of 504 cases of OA patients and 145 cases of control group were included in 8 studies. Meta-analysis of the two studies showed that TGF 尾 1 in synovial fluid of OA group was higher than that in normal group (MDD 453.42 ~ 95 CI 291.49615.35). Descriptive analysis showed that TGF 尾 _ 1 in serum of OA patients was lower than that in normal subjects, and the expression of TGF 尾 _ 1 in synovial tissue was not consistent. [conclusion] the concentration of TGF 尾 1 in serum and joint fluid is a relatively independent inflammatory response index of OA. The expression of TGF 尾 1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of OA.
