【摘要】：半月板損傷的性別差異性研究對了解半月板損傷與性別的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)具有一定的臨床意義。大宗病例統(tǒng)計(jì)研究普遍認(rèn)為男性半月板損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于女性,在特殊的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,以及特定損傷類型和部位,尤其是內(nèi)側(cè)半月板后根部撕裂(medial meniscus posterior root tear,MMPRT),女性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于男性。在半月板損傷性別差異方面,還缺乏更多的大樣本量的流行病學(xué)研究。本文對半月板損傷男女性別差異的研究現(xiàn)狀做文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The study of sex difference of meniscus injury has certain clinical significance in understanding the epidemiological characteristics of meniscus injury and sex. It is generally believed that the risk of meniscus injury in men is higher than that in women. The risk of meniscus injury in women is higher than that in men in specific sports events, and in specific injury types and sites, especially in medial meniscus posterior root tearna MMPRTs of medial meniscus posterior root tear. In meniscus injury gender differences, there is a lack of large sample epidemiological studies. This paper summarizes the research status of male and female gender differences in meniscus injury.
