【摘要】：正隨著腹腔鏡手術(shù)技術(shù)的普及,腹腔鏡下操作的固有缺陷也日益凸顯。(1)由于術(shù)中不能對(duì)器官進(jìn)行觸診,腹腔鏡手術(shù)喪失了大量對(duì)于外科醫(yī)生來(lái)說(shuō)極其重要的"觸覺(jué)反饋"。(2)由于視野范圍的限制,探查顯露受限。(3)腹腔鏡的二維視野缺乏立體感,掩藏了部分視覺(jué)信息。20世紀(jì)90年代,超聲技術(shù)和腹腔鏡技術(shù)的融合促使了腹腔鏡超聲(laparoscopic ultrasound,LUS)的出現(xiàn)。LUS縮短了超聲傳
[Abstract]:With the popularization of laparoscopic surgery technology, the inherent defects of laparoscopic operation become increasingly prominent. (1) due to the inability to palpate organs during the operation, Laparoscopic surgery has lost a large number of "tactile feedback", which is extremely important to surgeons. (2) due to the limitation of visual field, exploration exposure is limited. 3) Laparoscopic two-dimensional visual field is lack of stereoscope, hiding part of visual information in the 1990s. The combination of ultrasonic technology and laparoscopic technology promotes the appearance of laparoscopic ultrasound us.LUS shortens ultrasonic transmission.
