【摘要】：目的 研究廣西壯、漢族換藥愈合未經(jīng)系統(tǒng)抗瘢痕治療的深Ⅱ度燒傷以及一期愈合的手術(shù)縫合切口患者,在創(chuàng)面愈合后12個(gè)月內(nèi)瘢痕增生程度的變化情況以及瘢痕增生的影響因素。方法 對(duì)廣西不同地區(qū)壯、.漢族傷后3,6,12個(gè)月三個(gè)時(shí)相點(diǎn)439例換藥愈合且未經(jīng)抗瘢痕治療的深Ⅱ度燒傷及一期愈合手術(shù)縫合切口患者傷后瘢痕增生程度進(jìn)行定量測(cè)定以及流行病學(xué)資料分析,比較創(chuàng)面愈合后不同時(shí)期兩種類(lèi)型損傷瘢痕增生情況以及多種因素與瘢痕增生的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 單因素分析結(jié)果顯示廣西壯、漢族燒傷后瘢痕平均增生程度均比同期手術(shù)后瘢痕平均增生程度明顯(P0.05)；兩民族瘢痕同樣損傷類(lèi)型同期比較無(wú)差異(P0.05),兩民族同樣損傷類(lèi)型3,6,12個(gè)月瘢痕平均增生程度比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；廣西壯、漢族人群中,年齡越大瘢痕增生程度越輕；女性手術(shù)后瘢痕增生程度均比男性明顯(P0.05),燒傷后瘢痕男性均比女性明顯(P0.05)；未婚人群傷后瘢痕增生均比已婚人群明顯(P0.05)；有過(guò)敏史和有辛辣飲食習(xí)慣者比無(wú)過(guò)敏史和無(wú)辛辣飲食習(xí)慣者瘢痕明顯(P0.05)。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡(x 2=32.495,P=0.000)、過(guò)敏史(x2=12.054,P'=-0.002)和辛辣飲食習(xí)慣(x2=6.673,P=0.036)與瘢痕增生程度的關(guān)系有顯著意義。結(jié)論廣西壯、漢族燒傷后瘢痕增生程度均比同期手術(shù)后瘢痕增生程度明顯,兩民族瘢痕同樣損傷類(lèi)型同期比較無(wú)差異,兩民族同樣損傷類(lèi)型在創(chuàng)面愈合后12個(gè)月內(nèi)瘢痕增生程度無(wú)明顯變化。其余相關(guān)因素中年齡、過(guò)敏史和辛辣飲食與瘢痕增生程度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of scar hyperplasia and the influencing factors of scar hyperplasia within 12 months after the wound healing in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationality, and the influence factors of scar hyperplasia within 12 months after the healing of the wound healing, and the influence factors of scar hyperplasia in Guangxi. 439 cases of deep second degree burn without anti scar treatment and the degree of scar hypertrophy after wound healing in one stage healing operation were quantitatively measured and the epidemiological data were analyzed. The results of two types of scar hypertrophy and the correlation between multiple factors and scar hyperplasia were compared in different periods after wound healing. The results of single factor analysis showed that the average hyperplastic degree of scar in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationality was significantly higher than that of the same period after the operation (P0.05), and there was no difference in the same period of the two ethnic scar (P0.05). The average degree of proliferation of the two ethnic groups was not statistically significant (P0.05). The older the Han population, the older the Han population, the greater the degree of scar hyperplasia, the higher the degree of scar hyperplasia in the women (P0.05), and the scar male was significantly higher than that of the female (P0.05) after the burn (P0.05); the unmarried crowds were significantly more hypertrophic than those of the married people (P0.05), and the allergy history and the spicy eating habits were more than no allergy history and no symplectic. The results of multiple factors analysis showed that the relationship between age (x 2=32.495, P=0.000), allergy history (x2=12.054, P'=-0.002) and spicy diet (x2=6.673, P=0.036) was significant to the degree of scar hyperplasia. Conclusion the degree of scar hyperplasia in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationality after burn was better than that of scar hyperplasia after the same period of operation in Guangxi. There was no difference in the same type of scar in the same period of the two ethnic groups. The two ethnic groups had no obvious changes in the degree of scar proliferation within 12 months after the wound healing. The other related factors were related to the age, the allergy and the spicy diet and the degree of scar hyperplasia.
