【摘要】：目的：評價彩色多普勒超聲體表定位橈動脈穿刺置管的臨床效果。方法：選擇全麻手術(shù),擬行橈動脈穿刺置管術(shù)患者60例隨機分成2組,B組在穿刺前先使用彩色多普勒超聲對橈動脈進行定位,并用記號筆在體表標出血管位置及走形后再用穿刺針延此體表標識進針穿刺置管；C組使用傳統(tǒng)觸摸法進行穿刺置管。記錄第一次穿刺成功例數(shù)、一次穿刺成功時間及總穿刺時間。結(jié)果：B組第一次穿刺成功率80%高于C組53%(P0.05)；一次穿刺成功時間短于C組[25.9±8.4 vs 31.9±7.4s(P0.05)];總穿刺時間數(shù)短于B組[44.6±38s vs 69.2±48.6s(P0.05)]。結(jié)論：彩色多普勒超聲體表定位下橈動脈穿刺可提高傳統(tǒng)盲法一次穿刺成功率,縮短一次穿刺時間及總穿刺時間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of radial artery catheterization with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: a total of 60 patients with radial artery catheterization were randomly divided into two groups: group B: using color Doppler ultrasound to locate radial artery before puncture. After marking the position and shape of blood vessels on the body surface with marker pen, the puncture needle was used to mark the insertion of the body surface. Group C used the traditional touch method to place the puncture tube. The successful cases of first puncture, the time of successful puncture and the total time of puncture were recorded. Results the success rate of the first puncture in group B was 80% higher than that in group C (P 0.05), the successful time of one puncture was shorter than that in group C [25.9 鹵8.4 vs 31.9 鹵7.4 sP0.05], and the total puncture time was shorter than that in group B [44.6 鹵38s vs 69.2 鹵48.6s P 0.05]. Conclusion: radial artery puncture based on color Doppler ultrasound can improve the success rate of single puncture and shorten the time of single puncture and total puncture time.
