【摘要】：正1病例介紹患者女,82歲。2011年4月因左膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎行人工全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù),術(shù)后功能恢復(fù)良好。2014年4月摔傷致左股骨遠(yuǎn)端假體周圍骨折入院,考慮遠(yuǎn)端骨折塊距離假體近,患者合并多種內(nèi)科疾病,身體條件差,選擇行閉合復(fù)位外固定架固定;同年9月再次摔傷致外固定架釘眼處骨折,考慮假體周圍骨折尚未完全愈合,取出骨折部位外固定架螺釘,繼續(xù)行外固定治療;6個月后復(fù)查X線片示骨折愈合良好,行外固定架取出術(shù),術(shù)后3d出院。出院當(dāng)晚,患者主訴左大腿內(nèi)側(cè)肌肉陣發(fā)性痙攣,繼而疼痛明顯,
[Abstract]:In April 2011, total knee arthroplasty was performed on the left knee osteoarthritis, and the function recovered well. In April 2014, the left distal femur periprosthetic fracture was admitted to hospital, considering the proximal distance of the distal fracture from the prosthesis. Patients with various internal medical diseases, poor physical conditions, choose to perform closed reduction and external fixator fixation; in September of the same year, the fracture of the nail eye of the external fixator was caused by another fall of the same year, considering that the fracture around the prosthesis has not been completely healed. The external fixation screw was removed from the fracture site and continued to be treated with external fixation. After 6 months X-ray examination showed that the fracture healed well and the external fixator was removed and discharged 3 days after the operation. On the night of discharge, the patient complained of paroxysmal spasm of the medial left thigh muscle, and the pain was obvious.
