【摘要】：目的:探索瘢痕疙瘩皮損內(nèi)注射藥物的聯(lián)合治療方案。方法:共選取瘢痕疙瘩患者35例(90個(gè)皮損),采用隨機(jī)表單盲法,將皮損分為3組(A、B、C組),分別進(jìn)行皮損內(nèi)注射復(fù)方倍他米松+A型肉毒素、復(fù)方倍他米松+氟尿嘧啶、單獨(dú)復(fù)方倍他米松。以瘢痕體積、硬度、癢痛感覺(jué)及外觀自我評(píng)價(jià)4項(xiàng)觀察指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法比較3種方法的療效差異。結(jié)果:共32例患者的85個(gè)皮損完成試驗(yàn)(A組29個(gè),B組28個(gè),C組28個(gè))。體積、硬度、外觀自我評(píng)價(jià)各組間及組內(nèi)配對(duì)比較P0.05,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;而在癢痛評(píng)分疼痛值上A組和C組療程結(jié)束后,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P≤0.05),A組和B組、B組和C組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:糖皮質(zhì)激素聯(lián)合A型肉毒素皮損內(nèi)注射對(duì)于緩解瘢痕疙瘩癢痛有明顯的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the combined treatment of intradermal injection of keloid. Methods: a total of 35 patients (90 lesions) with keloid were divided into 3 groups by random form blind method. The lesions were treated with intratumoral injection of compound betamethasone A botulinum toxin and compound betamethasone fluorouracil respectively. Compound betamethasone alone. The scar volume, hardness, itching pain sensation and appearance self-evaluation were analyzed, and the curative effects of the three methods were compared by statistical method. Results: a total of 85 lesions of 32 patients were performed in group A (29 cases), group B (28 cases) and group C (28 cases). There was no significant difference in volume, hardness, appearance and pairing between groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in pain score between group A and group C after the end of the course of treatment.
