【摘要】：目的了解錦州市社區(qū)老年人肌肉減少癥現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)因素,為老年人肌肉減少癥的預(yù)防及干預(yù)提供理論支持。方法采用方便抽樣的方法抽取錦州市太和區(qū)、凌河區(qū)與古塔區(qū)193名年齡≥60周歲的老年人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與體成分測(cè)量。結(jié)果錦州市社區(qū)老年人肌肉減少癥患病率為11.4%,其中男性肌肉減少癥患病率為7.6%,女性肌肉減少癥的患病率為13.3%,女性的患病率高于男性;Logisitic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,步速較高(OR0.001)、跌倒效能較高(OR=0.610)是社區(qū)老年人肌肉減少癥的保護(hù)因素;而體脂肪率較高(OR=1.250)、運(yùn)動(dòng)功能較差(OR=1.154)、患有糖尿病(OR=1.089)是社區(qū)老年人肌肉減少癥的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論錦州市社區(qū)老年人肌肉減少癥的患病率較高,加強(qiáng)老年人對(duì)肌肉減少癥的認(rèn)識(shí),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)肌肉減少癥并給與及時(shí)干預(yù),對(duì)促進(jìn)健康老齡化有著較為重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation and related factors of senile myopenia in Jinzhou community, and to provide theoretical support for prevention and intervention of senile myopenia. Methods 193 elderly people aged more than 60 years old in Taihe District of Jinzhou City Linghe District and Guta District of Jinzhou City were investigated by questionnaire and body composition were measured by convenient sampling method. Results the prevalence rate of myopenia in the elderly in Jinzhou community was 11.4. The prevalence rate of male myopenia was 7.6 and that of female was 13.3.The prevalence rate of female was higher than that of male Logisitic regression analysis. Higher walking speed and higher fall efficacy were the protective factors of myopenia in the elderly in the community, while the higher body fat rate, the lower motor function and the higher motor function were the risk factors of muscular hypenia in the elderly in the community. Conclusion the prevalence rate of myopenia is high in the community of Jinzhou City. It is of great significance to strengthen the understanding of myopenia in the elderly and to find and intervene in time to promote healthy aging.
