【摘要】：目的了解股骨頭缺血性壞死患者用放射介入與物理治療聯(lián)合治療手段對(duì)其病情的干預(yù)效果。方法以本院2014年-2016年期間收治的確診股骨頭缺血性壞死患者為分析對(duì)象,從中抽取80例并以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表方式將其以每組40例分為對(duì)照組(常規(guī)股骨頭缺血性壞死對(duì)癥治療)與觀察組(放射介入療法聯(lián)合物理療法),予療程后了解不同治療方案下患者臨床療效。結(jié)果根據(jù)患者病情體征作為療效判斷相關(guān)依據(jù),對(duì)照組、觀察組判定無(wú)效例數(shù)分別為12例、3例,總有效率經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件處理,組間差異存在意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論制定治療股骨頭缺血性壞死方案時(shí),可將放射介入療法配合物理療法作為主要干預(yù)手段,不僅對(duì)患者病情有令人滿意的改善作用,同時(shí)也有利于恢復(fù)期關(guān)節(jié)功能、提高生活質(zhì)量,對(duì)患者治療和預(yù)后均有積極影響,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the intervention effect of radiation intervention and physiotherapy in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods the patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head admitted in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed. 80 patients were selected from the study group and randomly divided into two groups: control group (conventional treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head) and observation group (radiotherapy combined with physical therapy). The clinical effect of the patients under the treatment scheme. Results according to the condition signs of the patients as the relevant basis for judging the curative effect, in the control group, the number of invalid cases in the observation group was 12 cases and 3 cases, respectively. The total effective rate was treated by statistical software, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Radio-interventional therapy combined with physical therapy can be taken as the main intervention in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head, which can not only improve the patient's condition, but also benefit the joint function in convalescent stage. Improving the quality of life has a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of patients, and is worth popularizing.
