納米氧化鋅在骨科中的應(yīng)用前景

【摘要】:置入物術(shù)后感染和骨折術(shù)后骨不連一直是骨科手術(shù)失敗的主要原因。為了降低感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)骨缺損區(qū)成骨活動(dòng),置入材料表面鍍納米氧化鋅膜的研究比較多。目前體外和動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)已證實(shí)納米氧化鋅抗菌性能和成骨活性優(yōu)異,同時(shí)具有較好的生物相容性。納米氧化鋅在鈦合金、多孔鉭、羥基磷灰石晶須、骨腫瘤、骨水泥、抗菌敷料等骨科材料的應(yīng)用充分展示了其優(yōu)良的抗菌活性和成骨活性。但是納米氧化鋅臨床研究較少,真正應(yīng)用于骨科還需要更進(jìn)一步的研究。未來(lái)還需要進(jìn)一步明確納米氧化鋅在人體內(nèi)的安全濃度以及有效濃度,保證其抗菌的安全性和有效性。本文對(duì)納米氧化鋅的作用機(jī)理、在骨科中的應(yīng)用及其生物相容性進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Infection after implantation and nonunion after fracture have been the main causes of failure of orthopedic surgery. In order to reduce the risk of infection and promote osteogenesis in the bone defect area, there are many studies on the implantation of nano-ZnO film on the surface of the material. At present, nano-zinc oxide has been proved to have excellent antibacterial and osteogenic activity in vitro and animal experiments, as well as good biocompatibility. The application of nano-zinc oxide in titanium alloy, porous tantalum, hydroxyapatite whisker, bone tumor, bone cement, antibacterial dressing and other orthopedic materials showed its excellent antibacterial activity and osteogenic activity. However, there are few clinical studies on nano zinc oxide, and further research is needed for its application in orthopaedics. In the future, the safety and effective concentration of nanometer zinc oxide in human body should be further determined to ensure the safety and effectiveness of its antibacterial activity. In this paper, the mechanism, application and biocompatibility of nanometer zinc oxide in orthopedics were reviewed.
