【摘要】：目的觀察"一針法"連續(xù)縫合在膽腸吻合術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 214例接受膽腸吻合術(shù)患者,其中應(yīng)用"一針法"連續(xù)縫合114例(觀察組)、應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)縫合100例(傳統(tǒng)組),比較兩組膽腸吻合時(shí)間并觀察兩組術(shù)后膽漏、膽系感染、膽腸吻合口出血、膽腸吻合口狹窄并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組、傳統(tǒng)組膽腸吻合時(shí)間分別為(7.1±1.4)、(17.2±3.4)min,兩組相比P0.05。觀察組術(shù)后發(fā)生膽漏1例、膽系感染1例、膽腸吻合口出血2例、膽腸吻合口狹窄0例,傳統(tǒng)組分別為9、21、1、6例,兩組膽漏、膽系感染、膽腸吻合口狹窄發(fā)生率比較P均0.05。結(jié)論在膽腸吻合術(shù)中應(yīng)用"一針法"連續(xù)縫合省時(shí)、并發(fā)癥少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the application effect of "one-needle" continuous suture in choledochojejunostomy. Methods 214 patients underwent choledochojejunostomy, 114 of them underwent continuous suture with "one needle" (observation group) and 100 cases with traditional suture (traditional group). The time of choledochojejunostomy was compared between the two groups and the postoperative bile leakage and biliary infection were observed in both groups. The complications of cholangiojejunostomy stricture and bleeding. Results in the observation group, the time of choledochojejunostomy in the traditional group was 7.1 鹵1.4, 17.2 鹵3.4 min, respectively, compared with that in the two groups (P 0.05). In the observation group, there were 1 case of bile leakage, 1 case of biliary infection, 2 cases of bleeding of choledochojejunostomy and 0 cases of stricture of choledochojejunostomy. In the traditional group, there were 6 cases of bile leakage, biliary infection and stricture of choledochojejunostomy (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of one-needle method in choledochojejunostomy saves time and less complications.
