股骨頸截面的獲取和坐標(biāo)系的建立

【摘要】:目的:確定利用mimics三維重建技術(shù)研究股骨頸截面的方法,得到股骨頸的截面并在坐標(biāo)系中描繪出來。方法:1.選取山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2010年10月~2015年10月時間段內(nèi)掃描得到的髖關(guān)節(jié)CT數(shù)據(jù),遴選65周歲以下、右髖部無明顯骨傷骨病的男性病例30例。2.應(yīng)用mimics軟件重建右側(cè)股骨近端的三維模型,應(yīng)用Murphy定軸法在三維空間確定股骨頭頸軸,并垂直于頭頸軸重新切割,得到股骨頸橫截面。3.以頭頸軸重合點為原點,以原點與股骨大粗隆連線作為x軸建立坐標(biāo)系,并在坐標(biāo)系中將得到的股骨頸截面描繪出來。4.測量所得圖形的長軸和短軸,用于描述所得截面圖形。結(jié)果:1.得到股骨頸截面的形狀,并在坐標(biāo)系中描繪出來。整合圖像最小長軸((?)±S):34.46±1.93mm,最小短軸((?)±S):27.17±1.74mm。2.截面形狀接近三角形。結(jié)論:1.確定了應(yīng)用mimics三維重建技術(shù)研究股骨頸截面的方法。2.股骨頸截面是一個斜行的接近于三角形的形狀。3.建立的坐標(biāo)系能夠直觀表達股骨頸截面的情況。4.為內(nèi)固定三維定位打下了一定的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to determine the method of using mimics 3D reconstruction technique to study the femoral neck section, and to obtain the femoral neck section and describe it in coordinate system. Method 1: 1. The CT data of hip joint from October 2010 to October 2015 in affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to select 30 cases of male under 65 years of age with no obvious bone injury in right hip. The mimics software was used to reconstruct the 3D model of the proximal end of the right femur. The neck axis of the femoral head was determined in three dimensional space by Murphy fixed axis method, and the cross section of the femoral neck was obtained by recutting the neck axis perpendicular to the head and neck axis. Taking the coincidence point of the head and neck axis as the origin and the line between the origin and the great trochanter of the femur as the x-axis, the coordinate system is established, and the section of the femoral neck obtained in the coordinate system is described as .4. The long axis and short axis of the measured figure, used to describe the resulting cross-section pattern. The result is 1: 1. The shape of the section of the femoral neck is obtained and described in the coordinate system. The minimum long axis of the integrated image was (34.46 鹵1.93 mm) 鹵Sch: 34.46 鹵1.93 mm, and the minimum short axis was (27.17 鹵1.74 mm 路2). The shape of the section is close to the triangle. Conclusion 1. The method of using mimics 3D reconstruction technique to study the femoral neck section was determined. 2. 2. The section of the neck of the femur is an oblique shape close to that of a triangle. The coordinate system established can express the femoral neck section directly. 4. It lays a foundation for three-dimensional positioning of internal fixation.
