【摘要】：正氯胺酮作為經(jīng)典全麻藥之一,臨床應(yīng)用已逾40年,主要分為消旋氯胺酮和右旋氯胺酮。消旋氯胺酮是右旋氯胺酮和左旋氯胺酮兩種對映異構(gòu)體的消旋體。雖然兩者有一定的區(qū)別,但是兩者對循環(huán)的影響差別不大,僅右旋氯胺酮對左心室收縮的抑制稍強而已。Sigtermans等~([1])研究顯示靜脈給予氯胺酮可增加正�；颊咝呐K指數(shù)40~50%。也有報道使用氯胺酮可使血壓、外周循環(huán)阻力下降,心臟指數(shù)降
[Abstract]:As one of the classical general anesthetics, n-ketamine has been used for more than 40 years. It is mainly divided into racemic ketamine and dextromethylamine. Racemic ketamine is a racemate of two enantiomers, dextroketamine and levoketamine. Although there is a certain difference between the two groups, there is little difference in the effect of dextroketamine on the left ventricular contraction. The results of [1] study showed that intravenous administration of ketamine could increase the cardiac index of normal patients by 4050%.
