【摘要】：目的:觀察硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療活動性膝骨關節(jié)炎臨床療效及不良反應。方法:將117例活動期膝骨關節(jié)炎患者隨機分為治療組、對照1組、對照2組,每組39例。3組均使用非甾體抗炎藥并進行健康教育,對照1組加用硫酸軟骨素,對照2組加用鹽酸氨基葡萄糖,治療組加用硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖,治療3個月。觀察各組患者關節(jié)疼痛、壓痛、腫脹、功能障礙指數(shù)和生活質(zhì)量改變情況,以及不良反應。結果:治療后,治療組與對照1組、對照2組比較,膝關節(jié)疼痛、壓痛、腫脹明顯減輕,功能障礙明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);患者生理功能、生理職能、軀體疼痛、總體健康、活力、社會功能、情感職能和精神健康8個維度評分及綜合評分均有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。3組不良反應比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療活動性膝骨關節(jié)炎,能降低病情活動指標,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,有較好的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of active knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 117 patients with active knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, control group 1, control group 2, each group 39 cases of anti-inflammatory drugs and health education, control group 1 plus chondroitin sulfate. The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride and the treatment group with chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride for 3 months. The changes of joint pain, tenderness, swelling, dysfunction index and quality of life, as well as adverse reactions were observed. Results: after treatment, the pain, tenderness and swelling of knee joint in the treatment group and the control group were significantly alleviated, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of overall health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health were significantly improved. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions (P 0.05). Conclusion: chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of active knee osteoarthritis can reduce the disease activity index and improve the quality of life of patients.
