【摘要】：正肌筋膜疼痛綜合征(myofascial pain syndrome,MPS)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為了社會的沉重負擔~([2]),它是由肌筋膜觸發(fā)點引起的常見的骨骼肌肉系統(tǒng)疾病。數(shù)據(jù)表明在美國肌筋膜觸發(fā)點綜合征已經(jīng)影響到大約400萬人的正常生活~([3])。在基礎醫(yī)療環(huán)境中大約有15%的人因此病來尋求衛(wèi)生服務,在疼痛門診甚至高達90%~([4])。美國每年在此病消耗的直接衛(wèi)生資源達到470億元~([5])。在國內,MPS的發(fā)病率高達30%—93%,MPS
[Abstract]:Myofascial pain syndrome (MPSs) has now become a heavy burden on society. It is a common skeletal and muscular system disease caused by the trigger point of myofascial fascia. Data indicate that myofascial trigger point syndrome has affected the normal life of about 4 million people in the United States. About 15% of people in the primary care environment seek health care as a result of the illness, and up to 90% in pain clinics. The United States consumes 47 billion yuan (5) of direct health resources per year on the disease. The incidence of MPs in China is as high as 30% -93%.
