【摘要】：目的:分析"裹簾法"外固定方式對(duì)截骨端造成的應(yīng)力環(huán)境,證實(shí)微創(chuàng)截骨手法整復(fù)術(shù)后行"裹簾法"外固定的可靠性。方法:在新鮮尸體標(biāo)本上模擬微創(chuàng)第1跖骨截骨術(shù),并行"裹簾法"外固定,在力學(xué)測(cè)試平臺(tái)上測(cè)量截骨端相對(duì)位移變化情況、截骨端及趾蹼間應(yīng)力數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:"裹簾法"外固定下截骨端位移(0.27±0.03)mm,對(duì)截骨端愈合不會(huì)產(chǎn)生不利影響;"裹簾法"外固定下截骨端壓力(21.03±1.93)N,趾蹼間受夾墊壓力(4.89±0.42)N。結(jié)論:微創(chuàng)截骨手法整復(fù)術(shù)后截骨端存在微動(dòng),對(duì)截骨端愈合不會(huì)產(chǎn)生不利影響,截骨端愈合方式符合軟骨內(nèi)成骨。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the stress environment at the end of osteotomy caused by the external fixation of "wrapped curtain method", and to confirm the reliability of the external fixation of "wrapped curtain method" after minimally invasive osteotomy. Methods: the first metatarsal osteotomy was simulated on the fresh cadavers. The relative displacement of the osteotomy end and the stress data between the osteotomy ends and the toe webbed were measured on the mechanical test platform. Results: the end displacement of osteotomy was 0.27 鹵0.03mm under external fixation, and the end pressure of osteotomy was 21.03 鹵1.93nnand the pressure between toe webbed was 4.89 鹵0.42n. the end pressure of osteotomy was 21.03 鹵1.93nnand the pressure between toe webbed was 4.89 鹵0.42n. Conclusion: there is fretting at the end of the osteotomy after minimally invasive manual osteotomy, which will not have adverse effect on the healing of the osteotomy, and the healing mode of the osteotomy is in accordance with the osteogenesis in the cartilage.
