【摘要】：目的:全膝關節(jié)置換術(shù)(total knee replacement,TKA)脛骨截骨影響手術(shù)成敗,本文在計算機輔助下,測繪全膝關節(jié)置換術(shù)脛骨平臺截骨量,并探討計算機輔助術(shù)前測量的可行性。方法:收集并選取我院2014.7-2014.12月收治的需行全膝關節(jié)置換術(shù)病人下肢全長X線圖像,共計31例,按照常規(guī)方法進行人工術(shù)前測量,同時將圖像導入計算機軟件進行計算機輔助測量并收集數(shù)據(jù),并與術(shù)中結(jié)果對比。結(jié)果:術(shù)中數(shù)據(jù)與計算機配對樣本T實驗結(jié)果P=0.064(α=0.05),計算機測繪脛截骨量與術(shù)中截骨量的配對樣本T檢驗無統(tǒng)計學差異,而人工測量與術(shù)中截骨量相比較配對樣本T檢驗P=0.0000.005,有統(tǒng)計學差異。高聚乙烯墊片厚度的比較,術(shù)中數(shù)據(jù)與轉(zhuǎn)化后的計算機測繪數(shù)據(jù)相同。結(jié)論:計算機輔助進行全膝關節(jié)置換術(shù)脛骨截骨量測量有優(yōu)勢,并存在術(shù)前預測高聚乙烯墊片厚度的可能。
[Abstract]:Objective: total knee replacement (TKA) tibial osteotomy affects the success or failure of the operation. In this paper, the total knee arthroplasty tibial plateau osteotomy was measured, and the feasibility of computer-aided preoperative measurement was discussed. Methods: a total of 31 X-ray images of the lower extremities of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from July to December 2014 were collected and selected. At the same time, the images were imported into the computer software for computer aided measurement and data were collected, and the results were compared with those of the operation. Results: there was no significant difference in T test between the data of the operation and the matched samples of the computer, the results of the T test showed that there was no significant difference in the amount of tibial osteotomy and the amount of the osteotomy during the operation. There was statistical difference between manual measurement and intraoperative osteotomy compared with matched sample T test (P = 0.0000.005). Compared with the thickness of high polyethylene gasket, the intraoperative data were the same as the transformed computer mapping data. Conclusion: the measurement of tibial osteotomy with computer aided total knee arthroplasty has an advantage, and it is possible to predict the thickness of high polyethylene gasket before operation.
