計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)繪全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)脛骨平臺(tái)截骨量

【摘要】:目的:全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)(total knee replacement,TKA)脛骨截骨影響手術(shù)成敗,本文在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助下,測(cè)繪全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)脛骨平臺(tái)截骨量,并探討計(jì)算機(jī)輔助術(shù)前測(cè)量的可行性。方法:收集并選取我院2014.7-2014.12月收治的需行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)病人下肢全長(zhǎng)X線圖像,共計(jì)31例,按照常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行人工術(shù)前測(cè)量,同時(shí)將圖像導(dǎo)入計(jì)算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)量并收集數(shù)據(jù),并與術(shù)中結(jié)果對(duì)比。結(jié)果:術(shù)中數(shù)據(jù)與計(jì)算機(jī)配對(duì)樣本T實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果P=0.064(α=0.05),計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)繪脛截骨量與術(shù)中截骨量的配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,而人工測(cè)量與術(shù)中截骨量相比較配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)P=0.0000.005,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。高聚乙烯墊片厚度的比較,術(shù)中數(shù)據(jù)與轉(zhuǎn)化后的計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)繪數(shù)據(jù)相同。結(jié)論:計(jì)算機(jī)輔助進(jìn)行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)脛骨截骨量測(cè)量有優(yōu)勢(shì),并存在術(shù)前預(yù)測(cè)高聚乙烯墊片厚度的可能。
[Abstract]:Objective: total knee replacement (TKA) tibial osteotomy affects the success or failure of the operation. In this paper, the total knee arthroplasty tibial plateau osteotomy was measured, and the feasibility of computer-aided preoperative measurement was discussed. Methods: a total of 31 X-ray images of the lower extremities of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from July to December 2014 were collected and selected. At the same time, the images were imported into the computer software for computer aided measurement and data were collected, and the results were compared with those of the operation. Results: there was no significant difference in T test between the data of the operation and the matched samples of the computer, the results of the T test showed that there was no significant difference in the amount of tibial osteotomy and the amount of the osteotomy during the operation. There was statistical difference between manual measurement and intraoperative osteotomy compared with matched sample T test (P = 0.0000.005). Compared with the thickness of high polyethylene gasket, the intraoperative data were the same as the transformed computer mapping data. Conclusion: the measurement of tibial osteotomy with computer aided total knee arthroplasty has an advantage, and it is possible to predict the thickness of high polyethylene gasket before operation.
