【摘要】：正患者,男,68歲,因反復(fù)胸悶痛3年,馬蜂叮蟄后再發(fā)胸悶痛、心悸伴頭暈乏力、四肢冷汗2 h,于2016年10月17日入院。該患者3年前曾因反復(fù)胸悶痛在我院行PCI治療,后胸悶痛較前明顯減少。發(fā)病當(dāng)天上午8時(shí)患者全身多處被馬蜂叮蟄,繼而出現(xiàn)胸悶痛、心悸,頭暈乏力,四肢冷汗,伴意識(shí)模糊,家屬即送其至當(dāng)?shù)?br/>[Abstract]:The patient, 68 years old, was admitted to hospital on October 17, 2016, with recurrent chest pain for 3 years, chest pain after bee sting, palpitations with dizziness and fatigue, and cold sweating of limbs for 2 hours. The patient was treated with PCI 3 years ago because of repeated chest distress. At 8: 00 am on the day of onset, the patient was stung and stung by a hornet bee in many places, and then appeared chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, cold sweating on his limbs, and a vague consciousness. The family sent him to the place immediately.
