人工關(guān)節(jié)假體的摩擦學(xué)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)經(jīng)過近百年的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已成為矯形外科/運動醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域成熟的治療技術(shù),在美國以每年超過45萬~60萬的置換數(shù)量呈階梯式遞增。如何提高人工關(guān)節(jié)假體壽命、減輕術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,是臨床工作者及患者共同的期盼。既往學(xué)者關(guān)注重點多在于人工關(guān)節(jié)假體感染性/無菌性松動,近年來人工關(guān)節(jié)的摩擦學(xué)研究越來越受到重視。影響人工關(guān)節(jié)假體使用壽命的關(guān)鍵因素之一在于假體各組成部分之間的磨損問題,特別是由于接觸表面的磨損造成表層的損耗進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致整體/局部力學(xué)的改變。然而,假體生物摩擦學(xué)是一個復(fù)雜的綜合性問題,本文將分別對膝/髖關(guān)節(jié)的摩擦學(xué)、假體材料特性、潤滑、磨損變化等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀和進(jìn)展加以探討,以期為臨床和基礎(chǔ)工作者提供有益幫助。
[Abstract]:After nearly 100 years of development, artificial arthroplasty has become a mature treatment technology in orthopaedic / sports medicine. In the United States, the number of replacement is increasing step by step with the number of more than 450000 ~ 600000 each year. How to improve the life span of artificial joint prosthesis and reduce postoperative complications is the common expectation of clinical workers and patients. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the tribology of artificial joints. One of the key factors affecting the service life of artificial joint prosthesis is the wear problem between the components of the prosthesis, especially the wear of the surface layer caused by the wear of the contact surface, which leads to the change of global / local mechanics. However, the biological tribology of prosthesis is a complex and comprehensive problem. In this paper, the present situation and progress of the tribology of knee / hip joint, the properties of prosthesis material, lubrication, wear change and so on are discussed respectively. In order to provide useful help for clinical and basic workers.
