【摘要】：目的總結(jié)自制齒狀鉤鋼板治療后交叉韌帶(posterior cruciate ligament,PCL)脛骨止點(diǎn)撕脫骨折的療效。方法 2012年11月—2016年4月,采用自制齒狀鉤鋼板治療PCL脛骨止點(diǎn)撕脫骨折11例。其中男6例,女5例;年齡37~63歲,平均48.5歲。致傷原因:交通事故傷4例,高處墜落傷2例,跌傷5例;均為新鮮骨折,受傷至手術(shù)時(shí)間3~11 d,平均5.2 d。骨折按Meyer-Mc Keever分型:Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型7例。術(shù)前膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲活動度40~90°,平均65.9°。術(shù)前Lysholm評分50~69分,平均58.5分。結(jié)果術(shù)后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。11例患者均獲隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間6~20個(gè)月,平均11個(gè)月。術(shù)后3個(gè)月X線片示患者骨折均愈合,骨折端無明顯移位。術(shù)后6個(gè)月,患肢膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲活動度達(dá)115~130°,平均121.8°;膝關(guān)節(jié)后抽屜試驗(yàn)均呈陰性,未見膝關(guān)節(jié)伸直功能障礙及乆窩部血管、神經(jīng)損傷并發(fā)癥;Lysholm評分為85~99分,平均92.8分。結(jié)論自制齒狀鉤鋼板治療PCL脛骨止點(diǎn)撕脫骨折可行,操作簡便、固定效果可靠,術(shù)后療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of self-made dentate hook plate in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament (cruciate) tibial avulsion fracture. Methods from November 2012 to April 2016, 11 cases of PCL tibial tibia avulsion fracture were treated with self-made dentate hook plate. There were 6 males and 5 females, aged 3763 years (mean 48.5 years). The causes of injury were as follows: 4 cases of traffic accident, 2 cases of falling injury and 5 cases of falling injury, all of them were fresh fractures, the average time from injury to operation was 5.2 days.
