【摘要】：正顱內靜脈系統病變致顱內壓增高患者可出現頭痛、嘔吐、視力障礙,也可發(fā)生腦靜脈性梗死、出血,甚至危及生命�？鼓�、脫水降顱壓是治療顱內靜脈系統血栓形成的傳統方法。但對于顱內靜脈竇狹窄(venous sinus stenosis,VSS)致顱內壓增高,內科藥物難以從根本上解決靜脈回流障礙,治療效果不佳。我中心近期對1例顱內VSS致嚴重高顱壓患者
[Abstract]:Patients with intracranial hypertension caused by intracranial venous system lesions may have headache, vomiting, visual impairment, cerebral venous infarction, hemorrhage and even life-threatening. Anticoagulant and dehydration are the traditional methods for the treatment of intracranial venous thrombosis. However, for intracranial venous sinus stenosis caused by intravenous sinus stenosissis-VSS, the internal medicine is difficult to fundamentally solve the obstruction of venous reflux, and the treatment effect is not good.
