【摘要】：[目的]分析研究腰椎術(shù)后切口痛的可能病因。[方法]回顧分析2009年1月~2015年7月本院腰椎術(shù)后出現(xiàn)切口痛的患者15例。[結(jié)果]11例通過(guò)保守治療明顯好轉(zhuǎn),其余4例因保守治療無(wú)效而行手術(shù)切除治療,術(shù)后恢復(fù)良好,術(shù)后病理提示創(chuàng)傷性神經(jīng)瘤(traumatic neuroma)形成。[結(jié)論]腰椎術(shù)后切口痛是引起腰椎術(shù)后綜合征的常見(jiàn)原因之一,容易誤診。其可能原因是切口神經(jīng)纖維瘤形成,保守治療或必要的手術(shù)治療可獲得良好效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the possible etiology of incision pain after lumbar vertebra operation. Methods: from January 2009 to July 2015, 15 patients with incision pain after lumbar vertebra operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. [results] 11 cases were improved obviously by conservative treatment, the other 4 cases were resected due to the failure of conservative treatment. The postoperative recovery was good. The pathological results showed that traumatic neuroma was formed. Conclusion Lumbar incision pain is one of the common causes of lumbar postoperative syndrome and is easy to be misdiagnosed. It may be due to the formation of incision neurofibroma, conservative treatment or necessary surgical treatment can achieve good results.
