【摘要】：目的分析心死亡器官捐獻(xiàn)肝移植受者生存質(zhì)量與社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系。方法以社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表(SSRS)和世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表中文版簡(jiǎn)表(WHOQOL-BREF)為研究工具,對(duì)2016年3~9月在廣州軍區(qū)廣州總醫(yī)院肝移植門診隨訪的64例心死亡器官捐獻(xiàn)肝移植受者進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 164例隨訪患者社會(huì)支持總分低于全國(guó)常模(P0.01),在社會(huì)支持的3個(gè)維度中,客觀支持和對(duì)支持的利用度低于全國(guó)常模(P0.01),主觀支持高于全國(guó)常模(P0.01)。2在生存質(zhì)量的4個(gè)維度中,生理領(lǐng)域得分低于全國(guó)常模(P0.01),心理領(lǐng)域、社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域及環(huán)境領(lǐng)域得分均高于全國(guó)常模(P0.01)。3社會(huì)支持總分與生存質(zhì)量總分呈顯著正相關(guān)(P=0.001),主觀支持對(duì)生存質(zhì)量總分呈顯著正向影響(P=0.018)。4客觀支持與社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);對(duì)支持的利用度與心理領(lǐng)域、社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);單項(xiàng)低分項(xiàng)對(duì)生理領(lǐng)域、心理領(lǐng)域及社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論心死亡器官捐獻(xiàn)肝移植受者社會(huì)支持水平與生存質(zhì)量密切相關(guān),兩者受多種因素影響,醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)注重社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)患者生存質(zhì)量的影響,并采取方法有效利用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between quality of life and social support of donor liver transplantation recipients with cardiac death. Methods 64 cases of cardiac death in Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area of Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area during 3~9 month of 2016 were followed up by the social support rating scale (SSRS) and the Chinese version of the WHO quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF) as the research tool. Results the total score of social support in 164 cases was lower than the national norm (P0.01). In the 3 dimensions of social support, objective support and support were lower than the national norm (P0.01), and the subjective support was higher than the national norm (P0.01).2 in the 4 dimensions of the quality of life, and the score of the physiological field was lower than that of the national norm. The national norm (P0.01), psychological field, social relations domain and environmental field were higher than the national norm (P0.01).3 social support total score positive correlation (P=0.001), subjective support has a significant positive impact on the total score of quality of life (P=0.018).4 objective support is positively correlated with the social relationship field (P0.05); and support for the total score (P0.05) There is a positive correlation between the degree of utilization and the field of psychological and social relations (P0.05); the single item has a negative correlation with the field of physiology, psychology and social relations (P0.05). Conclusion the level of social support is closely related to the level of social support for donor liver transplantation recipients of cardiac death organs. The two are affected by many factors and the medical staff should pay attention to the social support department. The influence of the system on the quality of life of patients and the effective use of the method.
