【摘要】：目的觀察混合痔嵌頓患者進行彈力線套扎手術(shù)的治療效果。方法收集混合痔水腫嵌頓患者89例,分為手術(shù)組(n=47)和非手術(shù)組(n=42),手術(shù)組采用彈力線套扎術(shù)(RPH),非手術(shù)組采取坐浴、抗炎、外用龍珠軟膏和麝香痔瘡栓等,對患者疼痛進行視覺模擬法(VAS)評分,以及對創(chuàng)面水腫情況和住院時間進行觀察。結(jié)果手術(shù)組2、5、7 d VAS均明顯低于非手術(shù)組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);手術(shù)組2、5、7 d創(chuàng)面水腫情況均明顯輕于非手術(shù)組,評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);手術(shù)組住院時間明顯短于非手術(shù)組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論混合痔嵌頓采取彈力線套扎手術(shù)能夠減輕患者疼痛,減輕創(chuàng)面水腫,縮短住院時間,患者滿意度高,療效明顯優(yōu)于非手術(shù)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of elastic wire ligation for mixed hemorrhoid incarceration. Methods Eighty-nine patients with mixed hemorrhoid edema incarceration were divided into two groups: operation group (n = 47) and non-operative group (n = 42). The operation group was treated with elastic thread ligation (RPH), the non-operative group was treated with sitting bath, anti-inflammatory, external application of Dragon Zhu ointment and Musk hemorrhoid suppository, etc. The visual analogue method was used to evaluate the pain, and the wound edema and hospital stay were observed. Results the VAS of the operation group was significantly lower than that of the non-operation group on the 7th day, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the edema of the wound in the operation group was significantly lighter than that in the non-operative group, and the score difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The hospitalization time of the operation group was significantly shorter than that of the non-operative group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion combined hemorrhoids incarceration with elastic wire ligation can relieve pain, reduce wound edema, shorten hospital stay, and improve patient satisfaction, and the curative effect is better than that of non-operative treatment.
