【摘要】：目的:統(tǒng)計和分析北京積水潭醫(yī)院股骨頸骨折住院患者一般情況、治療方式、住院費用等,充實國內股骨頸骨折相關資料,為臨床工作提供指導和幫助。方法:收集2008年1月到2012年12月因股骨頸骨折于北京積水潭醫(yī)院接受治療的50歲以上患者住院資料進行回顧,包括年齡、合并疾病、手術時機、治療方式、住院日和住院費用等,對上述資料進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果:5年來北京積水潭醫(yī)院共收治50歲以上股骨頸骨折患者共1 794例(男∶女=1∶2.06),年平均增長率為7.3%。患者平均年齡(69.9±10.7)歲,年平均增長率為0.6%,合并內科疾病比例55.0%�；颊呷朐汉笃骄却中g時間(6.8±4.2)d,平均住院日(12.9±4.9)d,均呈下降趨勢。手術方式以空心釘內固定(41.8%)及人工股骨頭置換術(34.1%)為主,非手術患者為146例(7.9%),呈下降趨勢。患者平均住院費用(35 075.7±11 343.2)元,近5年保持平穩(wěn),女性高于男性,其中人工關節(jié)置換術費用增加,空心釘內固定術費用降低。結論:近年來股骨頸骨折患者數(shù)量逐年增多,發(fā)病年齡逐年增長,空心釘內固定與人工股骨頭置換術為主要治療方式,但平均住院費用尚無明顯變化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the general situation, treatment methods and hospitalization expenses of the patients with femoral neck fracture in Jishuitan Hospital, Beijing, to enrich the related data of femoral neck fracture in China, and to provide guidance and help for clinical work. Methods: from January 2008 to December 2012, the data of patients over 50 years old who received treatment for femoral neck fracture in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were reviewed, including age, complicated diseases, timing of operation and treatment methods. The date of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization, etc., to carry on the statistical analysis to the above data. Results: a total of 1 794 cases (male: female 1: 2 06) of femoral neck fracture over 50 years old were treated in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital in the past 5 years. The average annual growth rate was 7. 3%. The average age of the patients was 69.9 鹵10.7 years old, the average annual growth rate was 0.6 and the proportion of internal diseases was 55.0%. The average waiting time after admission was 6.8 鹵4.2 days, and the average hospitalization day was 12.9 鹵4.9 days, which showed a downward trend. The main operation methods were hollow nail internal fixation (41.8%) and artificial femoral head replacement (34.1%). There were 146 cases of non-operative patients (7.9%), which showed a downward trend. The average hospitalization cost of the patients was 35 075.7 鹵11 343.2 yuan, which remained stable in the last 5 years. The cost of artificial joint replacement increased and the cost of internal fixation with hollow nail decreased. Conclusion: in recent years, the number of patients with femoral neck fracture increases year by year, the age of onset increases year by year. The main treatment methods are hollow nail internal fixation and artificial femoral head replacement, but the average hospitalization cost has not changed significantly.
