【摘要】：目的:分析老年股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折PFNA固定后整體穩(wěn)定性的影響因素。方法:選取92例老年股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折患者臨床資料,對(duì)其固定后整體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:對(duì)92例患者PFNA固定后的整體穩(wěn)定程度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),其中穩(wěn)定71例,不穩(wěn)定21例,穩(wěn)定率77.2%。對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行單因素分析表明:骨質(zhì)疏松、后內(nèi)側(cè)皮質(zhì)完整程度、螺旋刀的置入位置等3因素對(duì)整體穩(wěn)定性的影響有顯著意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:骨質(zhì)疏松、后內(nèi)側(cè)皮質(zhì)完整程度、螺旋刀的置入位置是影響PFNA固定后整體穩(wěn)定性的主要因素,合理置釘區(qū)內(nèi)置入螺旋刀有利于提高骨折固定后的整體穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influencing factors of global stability of senile intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA fixation. Methods: 92 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected to evaluate the overall stability after fixation. Results: the overall stability of 92 patients with PFNA fixation was evaluated, including 71 cases of stability and 21 cases of instability. The stability rate was 77.2%. Univariate analysis showed that osteoporosis, the integrity of the posterior medial cortex and the position of the spiral knife had significant effects on the overall stability. Conclusion: osteoporosis, the integrity of the posterior medial cortex and the position of the spiral knife are the main factors affecting the overall stability after PFNA fixation. The reasonable placement of the screw knife in the nail area is helpful to improve the overall stability of the fracture after fixation.
