【摘要】：背景:3D打印這一技術在骨科領域的應用前景廣闊,特別是在脛骨平臺骨折這類復雜手術中,具有很好的指導和輔助作用,目前國內外相關研究較少,缺乏循證醫(yī)學證據(jù),不能很好地說明問題。目的:通過M eta分析對比3D打印技術輔助手術與傳統(tǒng)的非3D打印技術輔助手術修復脛骨平臺骨折的療效差異。方法:計算機檢索M EDLINE、Cochrane圖書館、Embase、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫、CNKI、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,手動檢索相關文獻的參考文獻等,收集3D打印技術輔助手術與傳統(tǒng)的非3D打印技術輔助手術修復脛骨平臺骨折的對比研究,嚴格評價納入研究的質量并提取數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計學軟件采用采用S tata 11.0(Stata Corporation,College Station,TX)軟件。結果與結論:(1)共納入7篇對照研究,受試者共362例;(2)Meta分析顯示,與傳統(tǒng)的非3D打印技術輔助手術修復脛骨平臺骨折相比,3D打印輔助技術組的手術時間短(SMD=-2.411,95%CI為-2.718至-2.104,P=0.00)、術中出血量少(SMD=-1.579,95%CI為-1.842至-1.316,P=0.00);其他指標如術后膝關節(jié)Rasmussen評分優(yōu)良率和術后膝關節(jié)H SS評分優(yōu)良率,2組差異無顯著性意義(P0.05),(3)以上結果表明,在治療脛骨平臺骨折時,與傳統(tǒng)的手術方法相比,3D打印輔助技術輔助手術能明顯縮短手術時間、減少術中出血量。
[Abstract]:Background: the application of 3D printing technology in the field of Department of orthopedics is very promising, especially in the complicated operation of tibial plateau fracture, which has good guidance and auxiliary effect. At present, there are few related studies at home and abroad, lack of evidence-based medical evidence and can not explain the problem well. Traditional non 3D printing technique assists surgical repair of tibial plateau fractures. Methods: computer retrieval of M EDLINE, Cochrane library, Embase, Chinese biomedical literature database, CNKI, Wanfang database, manual retrieval of references of relevant literature, etc., to collect the auxiliary operation of 3D printing technology and the traditional non 3D printing technology assistance A comparative study of surgical repair of tibial plateau fractures was conducted, and the quality of the inclusion study was strictly evaluated and data were extracted. The software used S Tata 11 (Stata Corporation, College Station, TX). Results and conclusions: (1) a total of 7 controlled studies were included, 362 subjects were tested, and (2) Meta analysis showed that it was assisted with the traditional non 3D printing technology. Compared with the surgical repair of tibial plateau fractures, the 3D printing assisted group had shorter operative time (SMD=-2.411,95%CI -2.718 to -2.104, P=0.00), less bleeding in the operation (SMD=-1.579,95%CI -1.842 to -1.316, P=0.00), and other indicators such as the good rate of Rasmussen score of the knee joint and the good rate of H SS score after operation, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups. Meaning (P0.05), (3) the above results show that, in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, compared with the traditional surgical methods, 3D printing assisted surgery can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation.
