【摘要】：正病例1,患者男,34歲,10余天前無意間發(fā)現(xiàn)右大腿外側(cè)一腫塊,偶有酸痛不適。MR平掃示右側(cè)股外側(cè)肌見一梭形結(jié)節(jié),沿肌肉方向生長,約2.5cm×1.6cm,呈稍長T1混雜T2信號,邊界不清,T2WI示病灶內(nèi)可見低信號網(wǎng)狀影(圖1A),病變周圍可見水腫帶;增強掃描明顯強化,其內(nèi)網(wǎng)狀影不強化(圖1B)。MRI診斷為惡性腫瘤可能。行腫塊切除手術(shù)。術(shù)中見右股外側(cè)肌內(nèi)一韌性包塊,邊界欠清,表面較光滑,活動性好。病理見梭形細胞與橫紋肌纖維間穿插分布,似"棋盤"樣,梭形細胞部分胖大,
[Abstract]:In case 1, a lump was found in the lateral right thigh by accident more than 10 days before the age of 34 years. Mr plain scan showed a fusiform nodule in the right lateral femoral muscle, which grew along the direction of the muscle, about 2.5cm 脳 1.6 cm, showing a slightly longer T1 mixed T2 signal intensity. Hypointensity reticular shadow could be seen on T2WI (Fig. 1), edema zone could be seen around the lesion, enhanced scan was obviously enhanced, and its internal reticular shadow was not enhanced (1B).MRI was possible to diagnose malignant tumor). Mass resection was performed. A ductile mass was found in the right lateral femoral muscle during the operation, the boundary was not clear, the surface was smooth and the activity was good. Histopathologically, it was found that the spindle cells interlaced with striated muscle fibers, like "chessboard", and the fusiform cells were partly fat.
