國(guó)內(nèi)Ilizarov技術(shù)被引頻次最高20篇文獻(xiàn)的分析與啟示

【摘要】:[目的]總結(jié)分析國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于Ilizarov技術(shù)被引頻次最高的20篇文獻(xiàn)。了解目前Ilizarov技術(shù)在我國(guó)具有高關(guān)注度和影響力的內(nèi)容,推薦該領(lǐng)域值得借鑒的經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)。[方法]檢索CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、CMCC、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)資源系統(tǒng)、維普等經(jīng)典中文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),分別以"Ilizarov、伊利扎諾夫、伊里扎諾夫、伊利扎洛夫、伊里扎洛夫、牽拉組織再生、牽拉成骨、微創(chuàng)牽拉、骨痂牽拉、骨搬移、骨滑移、骨段轉(zhuǎn)移、肢體延長(zhǎng)"為主題詞,按照被引頻次由高到低排序,去除交叉重疊文獻(xiàn),選擇最高被引頻次數(shù)據(jù)作為檢索結(jié)果。對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的被引頻次、發(fā)表時(shí)間、主旨內(nèi)容、發(fā)表期刊、文獻(xiàn)來(lái)源區(qū)域、第一作者等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。[結(jié)果]20篇文獻(xiàn)被引頻次從115次到21次。發(fā)表時(shí)間在1994~2010年間,其中以2004~2010年最多。文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容涉及Ilizarov技術(shù)理論、基礎(chǔ)及臨床應(yīng)用。發(fā)表在7本學(xué)術(shù)核心期刊,以《中國(guó)矯形外科雜志》最多(7篇),其次是《中華外科雜志》(4篇)和《中華骨科雜志》(4篇)。文獻(xiàn)來(lái)自全國(guó)6個(gè)省市,除香港地區(qū)1篇外其余均來(lái)自北方地區(qū),以北京最多(15篇)。第一作者13位,以秦泗河最多(7篇),其次是夏和桃(2篇),其余作者均為1篇。[結(jié)論]Ilizarov技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)與理論關(guān)注度最高,其次是經(jīng)典應(yīng)用和適應(yīng)證擴(kuò)展。該技術(shù)在2010年前主要集中在北方醫(yī)生應(yīng)用,北京處于突出的主導(dǎo)地位。近年學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用及研究的醫(yī)生明顯增多。檢索結(jié)果有助于了解我國(guó)應(yīng)用Ilizarov技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)醫(yī)生在臨床、學(xué)術(shù)的既往工作,作為中文經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)推薦給致力于這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的醫(yī)師和相關(guān)研究者。
[Abstract]:[objective] to summarize and analyze 20 papers about the highest frequency of citation of Ilizarov technology in China. To understand the current Ilizarov technology in China has a high degree of concern and influence, recommend the field of classical literature. [methods] CNKI database, Wanfang data Resource system, Vip and other classical Chinese databases were retrieved. Ilizarov, Ilisarov, Ilizanov, Ilizarov, Ilizarov, Ilizarov, Ilizarov, retraction tissue regeneration, distraction osteogenesis, minimally invasive retraction, etc. Callus traction, bone transfer, bone slip, bone segment metastasis, limb extension "as the theme words, according to the cited frequency from high to low order, remove the cross-overlapping literature, select the highest cited frequency data as the search results. The frequency of citation, the time of publication, the main content, the published periodicals, the region of the source of the literature, the first author and so on are analyzed statistically. [results] 20 references were cited from 115 to 21 times. The time of publication was from 1994 to 2010, the most of which was from 2004 to 2010. The literature covers the theory, basis and clinical application of Ilizarov technology. The Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic surgery was the most common one, followed by the Chinese Journal of surgery (4 articles) and the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics (4 articles). The literature came from 6 provinces and cities in China, except for one in Hong Kong, the rest came from the northern region, with 15 articles in Beijing. The first author was 13, most of them were from Si River of Qin Dynasty, followed by two articles of Xia he Peach, and one of the other writers. [conclusion] the basic and theoretical concerns of Ilizarov are the highest, followed by classical application and indication expansion. The technology was mainly used by doctors in the north until 2010, with Beijing playing a prominent role. There has been a marked increase in the number of doctors studying application and research in recent years. The retrieval results are helpful to understand the current situation of the application of Ilizarov technology in China and the past work of the relevant doctors in clinical and academic fields, which is recommended as a classical Chinese literature to physicians and related researchers who are committed to this technique.
