【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,43歲。2年前偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)左大腿背側(cè)腫塊,未予重視,2個(gè)月前發(fā)現(xiàn)腫塊逐漸增大,遂來(lái)本院檢查。體格檢查:左大腿肌層內(nèi)實(shí)性包塊約8cm×6cm,無(wú)紅腫,無(wú)疼痛,膚溫正常,末梢感覺(jué)良好,無(wú)麻木,無(wú)腫脹,關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)尚可,皮膚表面顏色正常,無(wú)潰破,聽(tīng)診無(wú)血管性雜音。雙下肢肌力5級(jí),膝腱反射(+),跟腱反射(-),Babinski征(-),足趾感覺(jué)正常、運(yùn)動(dòng)尚可,髖關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)正常,托馬斯征(-)。
[Abstract]:The patient was 43 years old. Two years ago, he found a mass on the dorsal side of the left thigh, which was ignored, and was gradually enlarged 2 months ago, so he came to our hospital for examination.Physical examination: 8cm 脳 6 cm, no redness, no pain, normal skin temperature, good peripheral feeling, no numbness, no swelling, no joint movement, normal skin color, no breakage, no vascular murmur at auscultation.The muscle strength of both lower extremities was grade 5, knee tendon reflex (TRC) and Babinski's sign were normal, the toes were normal, the movement was fair, the hip joint was normal, and the Thomas's sign was uneventful.
