【摘要】：目的:探討玻璃酸鈉配合補腎活血湯治療腎虛血瘀型膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床療效分析。方法:選取2015年3月至2016年6月就診于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院骨科門診,診斷為膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎病人作為研究對象,年齡為50～75歲,符合納入標準且已經(jīng)過排除標準篩查,告知患者病情病簽署知情同意書,其中單膝患者130例,雙膝患者40例,共210例膝,根據(jù)患者年齡、性別、病程、X線分級進行分層,對所有患者進行治療前評定,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義后,采用隨機數(shù)字表對患者進行標號,然后根據(jù)表格數(shù)據(jù)隨機抽取各層內(nèi)人數(shù),大致平均納入實驗組與觀察組�；颊邤�(shù)據(jù)處理層間個體統(tǒng)計學(xué)沒有明顯差異。結(jié)果:補腎活血湯配合玻璃酸鈉關(guān)節(jié)腔注射治療腎虛血瘀型膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎具有確切滿意的療效,總有效率大于90%,療效實驗組優(yōu)于觀察組。治療后兩組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛癥狀均有所改善,實驗組改善狀況明顯優(yōu)于觀察組。結(jié)論:膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分顯著提升。研究數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,兩組膝關(guān)節(jié)臨床表現(xiàn)癥狀、Lequesne膝關(guān)節(jié)的功能評分在治療之前沒有顯著性差異(P0. 05),具有可比性,治療后兩組之間的比較具有顯著性差異(P0. 01)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical curative effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: from March 2015 to June 2016, patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from orthopaedic clinic of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as study subjects, aged 50 to 75 years.The patients were informed to sign informed consent, including 130 patients with single knee and 40 patients with double knee. According to age, sex and course of disease, 210 knees were stratified, and all patients were assessed before treatment.After the difference was not statistically significant, the patients were labeled with a random number table, and then randomly selected from each layer according to the data of the table, which was roughly included in the experimental group and the observation group on average.There was no significant difference in individual statistics between patient data processing layers.Results: Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has a satisfactory effect, the total effective rate is more than 90, the experimental group is better than the observation group.After treatment, the symptoms of knee joint pain in both groups were improved, and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the observation group.Conclusion: knee function score was significantly improved.There was no significant difference in Lequesne knee function score between the two groups before treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0. 0).01C.
