【摘要】：目的:探討前交叉韌帶(ACL)重建術(shù)后韌帶移植物愈合情況及其影響因素。方法:選取2014年1月至12月期間的膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡下ACL重建手術(shù)患者,記錄患者的性別、年齡、體重、身高、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、關(guān)節(jié)松弛度評分(Beighton評分)和ACL斷裂病程時長。術(shù)后6個月、1年和2年隨訪時進行核磁檢查,測量韌帶移植物近端、中部和遠端的信號強度,并計算信噪比(SNQ),用以評估重建韌帶的愈合情況。對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,探討韌帶移植物的愈合情況及其影響因素。結(jié)果:共計87例ACL重建患者入選研究,結(jié)果顯示韌帶移植物近端和中部的SNQ值隨時間延長逐漸減小,尤其近端的SNQ值2年與6個月、1年對比有顯著性差異(P0.05);韌帶遠端的SNQ值在術(shù)后6個月、1年和2年時間節(jié)點上無明顯差異。性別、年齡、體重、身高、BMI、Beighton評分和ACL斷裂時長等因素對韌帶移植物的SNQ數(shù)值均無顯著性影響(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ACL重建術(shù)后韌帶移植物的愈合情況隨時間延長而逐步改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the healing of anterior cruciate ligament graft after ACL-reconstruction and its influencing factors.Methods: from January to December 2014, the patients undergoing ACL reconstruction under knee arthroscopy were selected to record their sex, age, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), joint relaxation score (Beighton score) and the duration of ACL rupture.After 6 months, 1 and 2 years of follow-up, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) was performed to measure the signal intensity of the proximal, middle and distal end of ligamentous graft, and to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio (SNQ) to evaluate the healing of the reconstructed ligament.To investigate the healing of ligament graft and its influencing factors.Results: a total of 87 patients with ACL reconstruction were enrolled in the study. The results showed that the SNQ values of the proximal and middle end of ligament graft gradually decreased with time.There was significant difference in SNQ value between 2 years and 6 months and 1 year in the proximal end of the ligaments (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the SNQ values of the distal ligaments at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation.Sex, age, weight, height, BMI-Beighton score and ACL duration had no significant effect on the SNQ value of ligamentous graft.Conclusion the healing of ligamentum grafts after the reconstruction of ACL was improved gradually with the extension of time.
