【摘要】：喉返神經(jīng)損傷是甲狀腺及甲狀旁腺手術(shù)中不可忽視的合并癥,其損傷可能導(dǎo)致聲音嘶啞及呼吸困難,嚴(yán)重影響病人生活質(zhì)量,甚至危及生命。術(shù)中喉返神經(jīng)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)目前作為保護(hù)喉返神經(jīng)的有效辦法,經(jīng)歷了從有創(chuàng)電極到無(wú)創(chuàng)性氣管插管表面電極的發(fā)展。目前,國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)均提出了喉返神經(jīng)監(jiān)測(cè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化步驟,再發(fā)展到連續(xù)神經(jīng)監(jiān)測(cè)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的喉上神經(jīng)監(jiān)測(cè),為辨認(rèn)神經(jīng)和防止神經(jīng)損傷提供了新的手段,同時(shí)對(duì)喉返神經(jīng)損傷機(jī)制的探究也更加深入。術(shù)中喉返神經(jīng)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,可以幫助手術(shù)醫(yī)師更好地辨認(rèn)喉返神經(jīng),從而降低神經(jīng)損傷的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);同時(shí)對(duì)手術(shù)方式的優(yōu)化、是否采用分期手術(shù)以及年輕外科醫(yī)生的成長(zhǎng)方面,具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is an important complication in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, which may lead to hoarseness and dyspnea, seriously affect the quality of life of patients, and even endanger life.Intraoperative monitoring of recurrent laryngeal nerve is an effective method for protecting recurrent laryngeal nerve. It has experienced the development from invasive electrode to non-invasive surface electrode of tracheal intubation.At present, international and domestic standardization steps of recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring have been put forward, and then developed to continuous nerve monitoring and standardized superior laryngeal nerve monitoring, which provides a new means for the identification of nerves and the prevention of nerve injury.At the same time, the mechanism of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is further explored.The application of intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring technology can help surgeons better identify recurrent laryngeal nerve and reduce the risk of nerve injury.It is of great significance.
