【摘要】：目的提高對肺透明變性肉芽腫的認識。方法回顧性分析2015-12-03于山東省曲阜師范大學醫(yī)院就診的1例肺透明變性肉芽腫的臨床資料,總結(jié)其診治經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果該患者有輕微的呼吸道癥狀,抗炎治療無效。通過包括經(jīng)皮肺穿刺活檢術(shù)等檢查后,均未能確診,后在胸腔鏡下行右肺病變局部切除術(shù),病理結(jié)果證實為肺透明變性肉芽腫。予以糖皮質(zhì)激素治療,很快好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論對于臨床上影像學表現(xiàn)為雙肺多發(fā)或單發(fā)的結(jié)節(jié),且結(jié)節(jié)密度較低,包膜完整的患者應想到可能為肺透明變性肉芽腫,必要時盡早行結(jié)節(jié)切除術(shù),該疾病目前仍需病理學檢查最終確診。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the understanding of hyaline granuloma of lung.Methods the clinical data of a case of hyaline degeneration granulomatosis in Qufu normal University Hospital of Shandong Province from May to March 2015-12 were analyzed retrospectively and the experience of diagnosis and treatment was summarized.Results the patient had mild respiratory symptoms and was ineffective in anti-inflammatory therapy.The right lung lesion was locally resected by thoracoscopy, which was proved to be hyaline granuloma.Give glucocorticoid treatment, improve quickly.Conclusion for the patients with multiple or single pulmonary nodules with low nodular density and intact capsule, it should be considered as hyaline granulomatous lung, and nodule resection should be performed as soon as necessary.The disease still needs a final diagnosis by pathological examination.
