超聲彈性成像對乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與乳腺癌BI-RADS校正價值

【摘要】:目的探討超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值對乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與乳腺癌BI-RADS分級的校正價值。方法回顧性分析2012年1月至2016年10月在該院經(jīng)手術(shù)或穿刺活檢證實的120例乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與120例乳腺癌患者資料,總結(jié)其邊界、形態(tài)、內(nèi)部回聲、后方回聲、縱橫比、鈣化、血流分布、阻力指數(shù)、BI-RADS分級、超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值等特點,分析超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值對乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與乳腺癌BI-RADS分級的校正價值。結(jié)果乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與乳腺癌超聲圖像在邊界、后方回聲、縱橫比、鈣化、超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);在形態(tài)、內(nèi)部回聲之間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);血流分布方面,乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤主要表現(xiàn)為0~Ⅰ級,阻力指數(shù)(RI)0.7,乳腺癌多表現(xiàn)為Ⅱ~Ⅲ級,RI≥0.7,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值對兩者BI-RADS分級校正后診斷符合率有明顯提高。結(jié)論乳腺增生癥伴纖維腺瘤與乳腺癌具有重疊超聲表現(xiàn),超聲彈性成像應(yīng)變率比值對兩者BI-RADS分級校正后的定性診斷能力有提高,具有一定的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of strain rate ratio of ultrasound elastic imaging in correcting BI-RADS grade of breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and breast cancer.Methods from January 2012 to October 2016, 120 cases of breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and 120 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation or puncture biopsy were analyzed retrospectively, and the boundary, shape, internal echo, rear echo, aspect ratio were summarized.Calcification, blood flow distribution, resistive index BI-RADS grade, and strain rate ratio of ultrasound elastic imaging were analyzed. The value of the ratio of strain rate in breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and BI-RADS grade of breast cancer was analyzed.Results there were significant differences in ultrasound images of breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and breast cancer between the boundary, posterior echo, aspect ratio, calcification, and strain rate ratio of ultrasound elastic imaging (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in internal echo between breast hyperplasia and fibroadenoma (P 0.05).
