【摘要】：兒童骨骼存在呈縱向生長和骨轉換較快的特點,骨代謝標記物濃度能早期靈敏地反映骨代謝轉換動態(tài)狀況,可用來評估生長發(fā)育狀態(tài),了解骨骼代謝疾病的病理生理以及監(jiān)測治療效果。不同年齡、種族、性別、青春發(fā)育的不同階段、激素調(diào)控、營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)、晝夜變化及骨代謝疾病都會影響兒童骨代謝標記物濃度的檢測及正常參考值的建立。該文對骨形成和骨吸收標記物的研究進展及其在兒科臨床中的應用進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:The bone of children has the characteristics of rapid longitudinal growth and bone turnover. The concentration of bone metabolic markers can reflect the dynamic state of bone metabolism at an early stage and can be used to evaluate the growth and development of children.To understand the pathophysiology of bone metabolic diseases and monitor the therapeutic effect.Different ages, race, sex, different stages of youth development, hormone regulation, nutritional status, diurnal changes and bone metabolic diseases all affect the determination of bone metabolic markers concentration and the establishment of normal reference values in children.This article reviews the research progress of bone formation and bone resorption markers and its application in pediatrics.
