【摘要】：目的觀察腰椎術(shù)后應(yīng)用神經(jīng)妥樂平對(duì)下肢殘余放射痛、麻木和神經(jīng)功能改善情況的影響,探討腰椎術(shù)后促進(jìn)神經(jīng)恢復(fù)及減輕殘余癥狀的藥物治療方法。方法收集2015年6月至2016年6月收治診斷為腰椎間盤突出癥并進(jìn)行手術(shù)的95例患者,其中治療組47例術(shù)后短期靜脈給予神經(jīng)妥樂平+七葉皂苷鈉,對(duì)照組48例術(shù)后僅給予七葉皂苷鈉。對(duì)比分析治療組和對(duì)照組術(shù)前、術(shù)后1周、術(shù)后3個(gè)月的下肢疼痛視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)和日本骨科協(xié)會(huì)(JOA)評(píng)分以及患者主觀麻木感,評(píng)估患者神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)及癥狀改善情況。結(jié)果治療組術(shù)后1周及3個(gè)月的腰椎JOA、VAS評(píng)分及下肢麻木改善率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論神經(jīng)妥樂平能有效緩解腰椎術(shù)后疼痛、麻木并促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù);聯(lián)合應(yīng)用七葉皂苷鈉治療腰椎術(shù)后殘余癥狀有明顯療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of neurotropin on residual radiodynia, numbness and improvement of nerve function of lower extremity after lumbar operation, and to explore the method of drug treatment for promoting nerve recovery and alleviating residual symptoms after lumbar vertebra operation.Methods Ninety-five patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated from June 2015 to June 2016. 47 patients in the treatment group were treated with neurotoclopine aescinate sodium via vein for a short period after operation.In the control group, 48 cases were treated with sodium aescinate only after operation.The visual analogue score of lower extremity pain (VAS) and JOAA (Japan Orthopedic Association) before operation, 1 week after operation and 3 months after operation in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those in the control group, and the subjective numbness of the patients was evaluated to evaluate the recovery of nerve function and the improvement of symptoms.Results the VAS score and lower limb numbness improvement rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group at 1 week and 3 months after operation (P 0.05).Conclusion neurotropin can effectively relieve postoperative pain, numbness and promote the recovery of nerve function, and combined with sodium aescinate in the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms of lumbar vertebrae has obvious curative effect.
