【摘要】：目的探討乙醇灌胃對(duì)兔股骨頭內(nèi)骨內(nèi)壓及骨小梁結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。方法將48只成年雄性新西蘭大白兔隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組24只。觀察組給予42%乙醇灌胃,對(duì)照組給予生理鹽水灌胃,劑量均為10 m L/(kg·d),3次/周,連續(xù)灌胃6個(gè)月。分別于灌胃前及灌胃1、3、6個(gè)月時(shí)檢測(cè)兩組左后肢股骨頭內(nèi)骨內(nèi)壓;處死家兔,取其右后肢股骨頭組織,石蠟包埋,4μm厚切片,HE染色,顯微鏡下觀察,計(jì)算骨小梁面積分?jǐn)?shù)及空骨陷窩率。結(jié)果兩組干預(yù)前及灌胃1個(gè)月時(shí),股骨頭內(nèi)骨內(nèi)壓、骨小梁面積分?jǐn)?shù)及空骨陷窩率比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);灌胃3、6個(gè)月時(shí),觀察組股骨頭內(nèi)骨內(nèi)壓、空骨陷窩率均高于對(duì)照組,骨小梁面積分?jǐn)?shù)均低于對(duì)照組,組間比較P0.05或0.01。結(jié)論長時(shí)間(≥3個(gè)月)乙醇灌胃可使兔股骨頭內(nèi)骨內(nèi)壓升高,骨小梁結(jié)構(gòu)改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ethanol on intraosseous pressure and trabecular structure of femoral head in rabbits.Methods 48 adult male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 24 rabbits in each group.The observation group was given 42% ethanol and the control group was given normal saline for 3 times a week for 6 months.The intraosseous pressure of the femoral head of the left hind limb of the two groups was measured before gastric perfusion and at the end of 6 months, and the femoral head of the right hind limb of the rabbits were killed, and the tissues of the femoral head of the right hind limb were taken out, and the paraffin embedded 4 渭 m thick sections were stained with HE, and observed under microscope.The trabecular area fraction and the rate of empty bone lacuna were calculated.Results there were no significant differences in intraosseous pressure, trabecular area fraction and empty bone lacuna rate between the two groups before and after 1 month of gastric perfusion (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in intraosseous pressure of femoral head between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after gastric perfusion.The rate of empty bone lacuna was higher than that of control group, and the area fraction of trabecular bone was lower than that of control group (P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion ethanol administration for a long time (鈮，
