【摘要】：目的：結(jié)合臨床分析2型糖尿病和膽固醇息肉的發(fā)病因素,探討2型糖尿病與膽固醇息肉的關(guān)系,使我們深入了解膽固醇息肉疾病,為其預(yù)防和治療提供借鑒。方法：通過隨機(jī)抽取昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院2010-2015年間的經(jīng)B超診斷為膽囊息肉(或膽囊隆起性病變)的2型糖尿病和非2型糖尿病行手術(shù)治療病人的一般臨床資料、病理結(jié)果和檢驗檢查資料各80份。采用臨床病例資料對照研究的方法,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：2型糖尿病組的膽囊膽固醇息肉發(fā)生率明顯高于非2型糖尿病組,存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(χ2=8.590,P0.05),并具有一定的相關(guān)性(r=0.232)；2型糖尿病膽囊息肉組與非2型糖尿病膽囊息肉組在性別、年齡、臨床癥狀、膽囊息肉多樣性(大小及單發(fā)或多發(fā))、體重、血脂水平無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異；2型糖尿病膽固醇息肉患者的血糖水平(空腹及餐后2小時)與膽固醇息肉多樣性(大小及單發(fā)或多發(fā))的對比分析無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：2型糖尿病與膽囊膽固醇性息肉的發(fā)生存在一定的相關(guān)性；2型糖尿病可能為膽囊膽固醇性息肉的重要的發(fā)病因素之一；患者血糖水平可能與膽囊膽固醇息肉的多樣性無直接相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and cholesterol polyps by analyzing the clinical factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cholesterol polyps, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cholesterol polyps.Methods: the general clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed as gallbladder polyps (or gallbladder eminence lesions) by B-ultrasound from 2010 to 2015 in the first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were randomly selected.Pathological results and examination data were 80 copies each.The method of clinical case control study was used for statistical analysis.Results the incidence of gallbladder cholesterol polyps in type 2 diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than that in non-type 2 diabetes mellitus group, and there was statistical difference (蠂 2 + 8.590% P 0.05). There was a certain correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus gallbladder polyp group and non-type 2 diabetic gallbladder polyp group in sex and age.Clinical symptoms, diversity of polyps of gallbladder (size and size, single or multiple), weight,There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels in type 2 diabetic patients with cholesterol polyps (fasting and 2 hours postprandial) and the diversity of cholesterol polyps (size, size, single or multiple) was not statistically significant.Conclusion there is a certain correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and the occurrence of cholesterol polyps of the gallbladder. Type 2 diabetes may be one of the important pathogenesis factors of cholesterol polyps of the gallbladder.There may be no direct correlation between blood glucose levels and the diversity of cholesterol polyps of the gallbladder.
