【摘要】：目的探討甲狀腺手術(shù)圍術(shù)期預(yù)防性使用抗菌藥物與術(shù)后傷口感染的關(guān)系。方法選取2015年9月-2016年10月接受治療的甲狀腺手術(shù)患者80例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將其分為觀察組40例,對照組40例;對照組患者未給予抗菌藥物治療,觀察組患者則給予抗菌藥物治療,觀察比較兩組患者治療后的住院時間、藥品費(fèi)用、手術(shù)時間、切口甲級愈合率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率以及術(shù)后不同時間點(diǎn)患者的體溫變化。結(jié)果兩組患者手術(shù)時間比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,觀察組患者藥品費(fèi)用高于對照組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組患者住院時間長于對照組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療后切口甲級愈合率以及術(shù)后咳嗽咳痰、肺部感染、咽痛等并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率與對照組患者比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;兩組患者術(shù)后各時間段體溫比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論對甲狀腺手術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期不應(yīng)用抗菌藥物不會影響患者的預(yù)后,同時能夠縮短患者的住院時間,降低醫(yī)療費(fèi)用,有效地促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后恢復(fù),可行性高,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive use of antibiotics and the relationship of wound infection after operation of thyroid surgery. 80 patients with thyroid surgery methods from September 2015 -2016 year in October treated patients, were randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases, 40 cases in the control group; the control group patients were not given antibiotic treatment, observation group patients received antibiotic treatment, hospitalization time were compared between the two groups after treatment of drug costs, operation time, incision healing rate, complication rate and postoperative patients at different time points of the temperature change. The results of two groups of patients with operation time had no significant difference between the groups of patients, observe the cost of drugs is higher than that of the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the observation group hospitalization time was longer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); wound healing of two groups of patients after treatment The rate of postoperative cough and expectoration, pulmonary infection, the incidence rate compared with the control group of patients complications such as sore throat, there was no statistically significant difference in comparison; each time the body temperature after operation in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion for patients with thyroid surgery without perioperative application of antibiotics will not affect the prognosis of patients, at the same time can be shortened the hospitalization time, reduce medical costs, effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients, high feasibility, worthy of clinical use.
