【摘要】：當(dāng)今科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,醫(yī)療設(shè)備層出不窮,不斷更新,無(wú)疑對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大的推動(dòng)作用。隨著信息科學(xué)普及、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái)和生活工作節(jié)奏加快,越來(lái)越多的臨床醫(yī)務(wù)人員遠(yuǎn)離臨床而偏重于影像學(xué)、檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,甚至推崇采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)患者作出診斷與治療。如此趨勢(shì),易對(duì)患者產(chǎn)生誤診,影響療效,甚至導(dǎo)致醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生�，F(xiàn)就"臨床"之涵義,結(jié)合神經(jīng)外科學(xué)談?wù)劰P者之拙見。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, medical equipment is constantly updated, which undoubtedly plays an important role in promoting the development of medicine.With the popularization of information science, the advent of the Internet era and the quickening pace of life and work, more and more clinical medical personnel pay more and more attention to imaging, test results and even advocate the use of the Internet to diagnose and treat patients.Such a trend, easy to misdiagnose patients, affect the efficacy, and even lead to medical disputes.In this paper, the author's views on the meaning of "clinical" are discussed in combination with neurosurgery.
