【摘要】：目的： 分析皮片、皮瓣壞死的原因，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提高皮片移植、皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移修復(fù)術(shù)成功率。 方法： 回顧性分析2005年12月至2014年12月發(fā)生皮片、皮瓣壞死病例共56例，其中皮片移植術(shù)后壞死9例，皮瓣術(shù)后壞死（包含部分壞死和全部壞死）47例，根據(jù)術(shù)前評(píng)估患者、手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)選擇、手術(shù)方式選擇、皮片的分類、皮瓣的分類、操作方法、術(shù)中見患者個(gè)體是否有差異以及術(shù)后處理等方面進(jìn)行分析研究。 結(jié)果： 皮片移植壞死原因中，，皮片選擇不當(dāng)5例，皮片移植方法不當(dāng)2例，術(shù)后處理不當(dāng)2例；皮瓣壞死原因中，手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)選擇不當(dāng)7例，皮瓣設(shè)計(jì)不合理15例，操作失誤18例，術(shù)后處理不當(dāng)7例。 結(jié)論： 術(shù)前對(duì)病情的準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估，手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)的準(zhǔn)確判斷，手術(shù)方式的合理選擇，術(shù)中精細(xì)操作及良好的術(shù)后處理，是皮片移植、皮瓣手術(shù)成功的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective:The causes of skin graft and flap necrosis were analyzed, and the experience was summarized to improve the success rate of skin graft and flap repair.Methods:From December 2005 to December 2014, 56 cases of skin flap necrosis were analyzed retrospectively, including 9 cases of necrosis after skin grafting, 47 cases of necrosis after flap operation (including partial necrosis and total necrosis).The choice of operation timing, operation mode, classification of skin graft, classification of skin flap, method of operation, whether there were differences in the patients during operation and the treatment after operation were analyzed and studied.Results:7 cases were improperly treated after operation.Conclusion:The key to the success of the flap operation is the accurate evaluation of the condition before operation, the accurate judgment of the operation time, the reasonable choice of the operation method, the fine operation during the operation and the good treatment after the operation.
