【摘要】：目的了解女性乳腺增生患者的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)及營養(yǎng)素攝入,分析膳食結(jié)構(gòu)與乳腺增生的關(guān)系。方法采用以醫(yī)院為基礎(chǔ)的1∶1配比的病例對照研究,對2009年1月至2011年12月在石家莊新華區(qū)婦幼保健站婦女疾病普查項目中確診的300例乳腺增生患者和300例對照者進(jìn)行膳食調(diào)查。采用3 d連續(xù)稱重法、24 h膳食回顧法和食物頻率調(diào)查問卷法相結(jié)合的膳食調(diào)查方法,分析樣本人群膳食結(jié)構(gòu)、營養(yǎng)狀況及和乳腺增生病的相對風(fēng)險度。結(jié)果乳腺增生患者禽畜類、奶類、食用油、食鹽人均攝入量高于豆類、果蔬類人均攝入量低于推薦食物攝入量;膳食結(jié)構(gòu)與乳腺增生相對風(fēng)險關(guān)系分析顯示,膳食纖維、豆類優(yōu)質(zhì)蛋白是乳腺增生的保護(hù)性因素,動物源性蛋白攝入過多乳腺增生患病風(fēng)險增加。結(jié)論乳腺增生患者膳食結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,應(yīng)加強膳食指南和營養(yǎng)干預(yù)的健康教育以有效降低乳腺增生的患病風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dietary structure and nutrient intake of female patients with breast hyperplasia and to analyze the relationship between dietary structure and breast hyperplasia.Methods A case-control study of 1:1 matching based on hospital was carried out.From January 2009 to December 2011, a dietary survey was conducted in 300 breast hyperplasia patients and 300 controls in Shijiazhuang Xinhua Maternal and Child Health Station.The diet survey method was used to analyze the dietary structure, nutritional status and the relative risk of mammary gland hyperplasia in the sample population by using the diet review method of 3 days continuous weighing for 24 hours and the food frequency questionnaire.Results the average intake of livestock, milk, edible oil and salt in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland was higher than that of beans, and the average intake of fruits and vegetables was lower than that of recommended food intake.High-quality soy protein is the protective factor of mammary hyperplasia, and animal-derived protein intake increases the risk of breast hyperplasia.Conclusion the dietary structure of patients with breast hyperplasia is not reasonable, so it is necessary to strengthen dietary guidelines and health education of nutritional intervention in order to effectively reduce the risk of breast hyperplasia.
